Who we are
Topus (topus.sa) is the Cyber Security Operations Portal, built in Saudi Arabia for enterprises that manage their security operations on their own infrastructure.
What we collect
Only what you submit through this site — your name, work email, organization and message when you request a demo or contact support — plus basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept for security.
How we use it
To respond to your requests, provide support and improve our product. We do not send marketing without your consent, and we do not profile visitors.
Your product data stays yours
Topus deploys on your own servers — including fully air-gapped networks. Your findings, engagements, risks and reports never reach us. Support requests you send us are stored on our systems in Saudi Arabia.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except where required by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Retention and your rights
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided. In line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time.
