Terms of Service
Effective: July 2026The short version: the website is informational, the product is governed by your signed license agreement, and your data always remains yours.
Agreement
By using topus.sa or licensing Topus, you accept these terms. If you hold a signed Topus license agreement, that agreement prevails for the product.
The product
Topus — the Cyber Security Operations Portal — is licensed annually and deployed on your infrastructure. This website describes the product and lets you contact us; it is not the product itself.
Licensing
Licenses are signed, verified fully offline, and term-based. When a license lapses, Topus enters read-only mode after a grace period — your data is never locked or withheld.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt this site, abuse the support channel, or copy, resell or reverse engineer the product beyond what your license and applicable law permit.
Intellectual property
The Topus name, logo, website and software are our property. Everything you create or store inside your Topus deployment is yours.
Warranty and liability
This website is provided “as is”. Product warranties, support commitments and liability caps are defined in your license agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
